Notes

[1] Rate A : the minimum charge is equivalent to 30 paying guests.

[2] Rate B : the minimum charge is equivalent to 30 paying guests staying for 2 nights (pro rata for longer stay)

[3] Rate C : the minimum charge is equivalent to 35 paying guests

Under the above rates, parties of 30 or less are expected to limit the number of bedrooms used to 12. A charge of £9.00 per room per night will be made for any additional rooms used.

[4] Rate D : the minimum charge is equivalent to 50 paying guests

[5] Discounts: For parties of :-

               48 or more adults, two persons are free

               53 or more adults, three persons are free

               58 or more adults, four persons are free

[6] No charge is made for children under 5 years of paying guests

[7] Visitors staying overnight are charged at the appropriate nightly rate

[8] Deposit  Until the deposit is received there is no booking. The deposit is part of the overall charge. It is not        

      normally refundable. In the event of a cancellation, if a substitute party is found, a whole or partial refund ,              

      depending upon the circumstances, will be made.

[10] Arrival & Departure Outgoers by 12 noon, incomers not before 4pm, please (with the advance party arriving earlier only by arrangement). Incomers please make contact with the Warden two or three days in advance to give estimated time of arrival.
